| Very Important Information Please read our terms of Service Payment must be received before work can begin unless other arrangements have been made with us. Most banner orders are completed within 48 hours however, please understand that this depends on how many orders we have at that time on our schedule before yours. All banners will be sent as a sample for your approval before any coding or posting is done. I will not post a banner unless approved by the client. I believe in quality work and will strive to make the banner to suit your needs and we will work with you to get what you want. Please understand that I am at the mercy of my banner making program and I may not be able to make some requests...all banners are done in PSP. I am constantly learning new ways to give all my clients top quality. All banner codes are tested before sending to the client. You must be specific when placing your order...example if you want specific photos or items used on your banner you must state that in you order. Any orders that do not have specific instructions , I will assume that photo's etc. Attached to the order are optional and you are allowing me to use my best discretion when fulfilling that order. You Must report any errors, misprints or non working codes within 24 hours of receiving your banners, or codes. I will not be held liable or responsible after that time. Web Sites can take anywhere from a week to a month to complete depending on the complexity of the site. It is not my responsibility to maintain web sites I create unless I am hired to do so and a monthly service fee is paid.. I will to the best of my abilities help the website owner anyway I can upon request maintain their site. If you choose to host your site on CassysWorld.com basic maintenance is included in the monthly service fee. As of Jan 2008, I will only do monthly updates on Web sites maintain or hosted on CassysWorld.com due to past clients taking advantage of me and asking for too many frequent unnecessary updates to their sites I have had to place a limit. I will only add 2-4 new photos per update. A service charge will be imposed for additional photos and Updates. I do have another full time job and cannot be on the computer updating sites for 4-6 hours a day. I do apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand. I hope this will not deter you from choosing us for your Banner and Web site needs If I can not complete a project I will refer you to someone who can. I reserve the right to use any product I created for advertising purposes. I hold all copyrights to my work. Releases are available upon request. You Must agree to these terms before work can .
